O Comic Con Delicious Brunch O's

Media Guest Autograph, Q&A, and Photo Op Info

Good morning, newsletter subscribers! O Comic Con 2017 is coming upon us faster than Paul Revere's fabled midnight ride. We hold these truths to be self-evident: we're in dire need of updates. So let's make like the Continental Congress and declare ... our ... umm... all right, so not every metaphor can be a winner. Onward!

With just under a month until O Comic Con 2017 (July 7th, 8th, and 9th at the Mid-America Center), we are hard at work putting the finishing touches on the schedule so that we can publish it this week. However, some vital information for all ten of our media guests has just been posted to our website. Use this info to help you decide what days to attend:

  • Autograph Table Location in the Arena
  • Autograph prices and prices for photo ops at the table
  • The dates times of their open Q&A panels where they share stories about their careers
  • Prices, days and times for their print photo ops with O Comic Con photographers

We'll See You at Pride

The Heartland Pride Festival is one of many area events created by Heartland Pride during the week of June 16th - June 24th. It will take place in Stinson Park from 11 AM to 10 PM. We will be on site at an O Comic Con table.

Pride Month is a celebration of LGBT culture and experiences, but it's also a time to think seriously about issues of equality and human rights, as it marks the anniversary of 1969's Stonewall Riots in New York. Despite the unsafe, often brutal milieu of the time, the LGBT community worked to create safe spaces where everyone could be treated with respect. Pride is a time for celebrating the work of the LGBT activists who made themselves heard and visible. As allies, we hope to honor their work by helping everyone we encounter feel respected and loved for who they are.

If you see us, come say hi. We hope to see you there!

Vendor Info Is All Up

Finally, we just wanted to alert you to the fact that all of our vendor info and Arena floor layout info is up and available on the website. There's a massive amount of stuff to see and do-- and that's only in the Arena portion of the show! Next newsletter, we will take you on a guided tour of the other two-thirds: the ExHall and Panel Rooms.

You can view the Arena layout in booth order, or you can browse vendors by category. Check it out!
